Install the HUGIN Rider app

   Get your login from admin

   Riders don't self-signup. Ask your HUGIN operations admin to create your account with your name, phone, vehicle (Two-wheeler) and a starter password.

   You'll receive an email + password — keep them handy.

   Open the Rider app on your phone

   On your phone browser, open:

   huginraven.lovable.app/agent

   Tip: on this page you can scan the QR code from the sign-in screen — it opens the correct link automatically.

   Add HUGIN to your home screen

   Android · Chrome

   Tap the ⋮ menu → Add to Home screen → Install.

   iPhone · Safari

   Tap the Share icon → Add to Home Screen.

   A HUGIN icon appears — tap it to launch full-screen, like a native app.

   Sign in with your credentials

   Open the HUGIN icon. Enter the email + password from your admin, then tap Sign in.

   If you see "account isn't linked to a delivery-agent profile", ping your admin — they haven't created your rider record yet.

   Confirm your two-wheeler details

   On first login, a short form appears. Pick Two-wheeler and enter your vehicle registration number (e.g. KA-01-AB-1234).

   You can update this any time from the Profile tab.

   Allow Location — Always / While using

   Required for live GPS, order routing and proof-of-delivery.

   Allow Notifications

   So you hear new-order pings even with the screen off. Enable it from the Profile → New-order alerts toggle.

   Go online and start delivering

   Open the Orders tab → toggle Online. Accept assigned orders, navigate, mark Picked up and Delivered, and collect COD when applicable.

   Track your daily deliveries and tips under the Earnings tab.

Need help? Ask your operations admin — they can reset your password from the HUGIN dashboard.
