Vendors & partner brands

HUGIN Vendor App

The vendor portal: list produce and products, manage stock and pricing, track payouts and performance.

Vendor App access rules

The QR code always opens the vendor portal at hugin.in/vendor. It is a restricted surface — signing in does not grant access on its own.

  • Who can use it: registered businesses — farms, kitchens, bakeries, wholesalers, artisans and brands supplying HUGIN.
  • Not for customers or riders: shoppers use the Customer App, delivery partners use the Rider App.
  • Step 1 — Apply at /become-a-vendor with business name, contact, address and category.
  • Step 2 — Upload KYC: PAN/GST, ID proof and bank or UPI details for settlements.
  • Step 3 — HUGIN operations verify your documents (typically 1–3 working days).
  • Step 4 — On approval you receive an email/WhatsApp confirmation and the vendor role is activated on your account.
  • Step 5 — Open the QR link, sign in with the same email or phone used in the application, and start listing.

Pending or rejected applications land on the status page instead of the dashboard. Questions? Email vendors@hugin.in.

Step-by-step install guide

Same three steps for every app — only the link changes. Point your phone camera at the QR code above, then follow your platform below.

Android · Chrome

  1. 1Open the camera app and point it at the QR code — tap the link that appears.
  2. 2Tap the ⋮ menu in the top-right of Chrome.
  3. 3Choose “Install app” (or “Add to Home screen”) and confirm Install.
  4. 4The HUGIN icon appears on your home screen — tap it to launch full-screen.
  5. 5Allow Notifications (and Location for riders) when prompted.

iPhone / iPad · Safari

  1. 1Scan the QR code with the Camera app and open the link in Safari.
  2. 2Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen.
  3. 3Scroll and choose “Add to Home Screen”, then tap Add.
  4. 4Launch the new HUGIN icon from your home screen.
  5. 5Allow Notifications when asked so you get order updates.

Desktop · Chrome / Edge

  1. 1Open hugin.in in Chrome or Edge.
  2. 2Click the install icon on the right of the address bar.
  3. 3Confirm Install — HUGIN opens in its own window.
  4. 4Pin it to your taskbar or dock for one-click access.
