Shipping & Delivery Policy

HUGIN currently delivers within Bengaluru city limits (all serviceable pincodes shown at checkout). Enter your pincode on the home page or checkout to confirm your address is in our live coverage area.

HUGIN operates every day from 5:30 AM to 10:30 PM IST. Most orders are delivered in 10–20 minutes from the moment you place them, depending on distance and rider availability. Live ETA is shown on the order tracking screen.

Need something for tomorrow morning or a specific time? Use the Pre-book option at checkout to reserve a delivery slot up to 7 days in advance. Great for early breakfast staples, party planning, weekly groceries, or gifting on a specific date. Pre-booked orders are dispatched to arrive at the start of your chosen slot.

Orders of ₹299 and above ship free. Below ₹299 a flat delivery fee of ₹40 applies. Any applicable charges are shown before you pay — there are no hidden fees.

Once your order is packed you will receive an SMS/WhatsApp update with a live tracking link showing your rider's location and estimated arrival time.

If our rider is unable to reach you (no answer, address unreachable, etc.) we will attempt re-delivery on the next available slot at no extra cost. After 2 failed attempts the order may be cancelled and refunded per our Refund Policy.

If any item arrives damaged, missing or incorrect, report it within 24 hours via in-app chat or email. We will send a free replacement on the next slot or issue a full refund — see our Refund Policy.

COD is available on eligible orders up to ₹2,000. High-value or wholesale orders require prepaid payment through the secure payment gateway shown at checkout.

Delivery times may be affected by weather, traffic, festival demand, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases we will notify you proactively and offer a reschedule or full refund at your choice.
